I stumpled upon 10 Minute Mail which is a site that will give you a temporary e-mail address. Any e-mails sent to that address will show up automatically on the web page. You can read them, click on links, and even reply to them. The e-mail address will expire after 10 minutes.

Bloglines is a great free service online. It is a web-based RSS-reader, you can access it from anywhere. In my opinion that is more practical than having a RSS-reader on my local computer.

Skype is not new but it is a great service. The basic service Skype to Skype (computer to computer over internet) is free. Over time Skype have added Voicemail, SkypeOut (call landlines and mobiles direct from Skype) and SkypeIn (receive calls from landline and mobile phones).

Literature-Map, their tagline is The tourist map of literature, is a great site when looking for authors. Enter one you like, the map shows similar ones. This website can keep you busy for a while, clicking on authors and getting new maps.
